8 Weeks To New Life And New Beginnings

Can you believe there’s only 8 weeks left in 2020? Some of you are wondering where the time went, and for others, these last 8 weeks can’t get here fast enough. I’m usually somewhere in the middle most days, swinging back and forth between the two thoughts. But let’s talk more about these last 8 weeks and what they can represent for you.   

The number 8 has a biblical meaning of “new life, resurrection, and new beginning”. Pause and think about that a moment. After experiencing prolonged and persistent uncertainty, exhaustion, and tensions, we can certainly use some new life and new beginnings. 

Regardless of where you are and what you’re feeling about this year and the last 8 weeks of it, I want to encourage you to embrace the possibility for resurrection, new life, and a new beginning, and finish this year strong. What hopes and expectations will ignite in these last 8 weeks? What new life or new beginning will you imagine? It is possible. New life and new beginnings are possible. Consider the possibilities and move forward with grace, adaptability, and openness.
